The hotel is close to the train station and other transport options. This made getting around easy. Staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick. I was settled in swiftly. The room was clean. Air conditioning in the room worked great.

The breakfast had a generous selection. There was more than enough for everyone.
The air conditioning did not work well. It did not make much impact. The room felt very, very small and cramped. I felt disappointed, the space was not adequate for even basic tasks. This really impacted my ability to relax after a long day (i expect to be able to relax).

the location was really convenient. it was easy to reach from the train station and close to the subway (a big plus for getting around). the sound isolation was also good and i did not hear any outside noise.
the cost for storing luggage was a bit much. it cost three euros to store each piece of luggage and they only accepted cash (i had to find an atm). the air conditioning did not work well in the room and made it difficult to cool down.

i noticed the hotel could improve by replacing the older towels, especially by providing additional smaller towels .
